Q: When I click Layout, it shows the grid. When I click house, it doesn't add anything.

I can't click on the grid to place, it just moves the whole grid around.

A: In order to add a landmark or planting location, you'll want to drag and drop it onto the grid. Do you mind giving that a try? Click the house or planting locations icons, then choose one of the shapes and click and drag it onto your layout.
