The "Task Filter" is located on the top right of the screen:

You can click on any of the tasks to hide them in the calendar view. For example, clicking on "Bed Preparation" will hide all the related tasks from view:

You can choose view any arrangement of tasks in the calendar.

Here is an example of only showing the "Seeding" tasks (this is a great way to keep track of what needs to be seeding coming up soon, or for preparing your seed orders):

Here is an example only showing the harvesting times. This can be helpful for planing crop planting schedules based on when you want to be harvesting them.
