If you would like to show or hide individual crop planting schedules without completely deleting them, you can do that by simply click on them in the sidebar.
When turned off, the planting schedule will turn slightly opaque in the sidebar and will be hidden in the calendar view as can be seen here:
Using this feature you can view/hide any planting schedule without actually deleting it from your calendar plan.
